Payment
We are working with offline payment. It means that after the order the customer get an invoice from us. 24 hours after receiving of payment the product will be sent. The customer is responsilble for any custom fees, tariffs or taxes regarding the destination country.

 

Shipping
We send the instruments with registered mail through DHL German postal office. Each instrument is packed with care and leaves our workshop in a perfect condition. If, however, shipping damage is caused, please contact us within 3 buisness days of receipt and we will take care of it. In this case the customer will be credited for shipping.

 

Refunds and exchanges                                                                              Products may be exchanged or returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in original condition and are complete with all the original accessories and packaging. The original shipping charges are not refundable. The cost of return shipping are on the expense of the customer. The refund will be provided through the original method of payment.
